For Whom:
This programme will be meaningful to anyone who wishes to take a pause and review their personal and work lives and explore new possibilities for themselves. In particular it will be useful to anyone who is working closely with people anywhere – to build collaboration and cohesiveness in groups, schools or communities and also to align themselves with Nature.

About the Programme:
This is an intensive six day residential retreat in the serene Bhoomi campus, where about 30 participants live and learn together as a community. The Sankalan programmes are meant to bring together the innate wisdom each person has with learning from Nature and others around us, to explore our concerns, relationships and aspirations.

In our experience almost all participants find their own insights and discover new doors and windows opening for themselves. And the group energy becomes enriching and nourishing in multiple ways.

We will work in two to three groups with a maximum of 12 participants and two facilitators in each group. In addition to sharing and reflections in groups there will be sessions of nature meditation, group exercises, music and nature walks on free evenings. These experiential programmes support diverse interests and goals of participants and the group work evolves as a co-created process along with facilitators. The facilitators of these programmes have been conducting such group participative learning programmes for one to three decades and donate their time for such work, because of its deeply nourishing nature.

Fees:
The basic cost per person for this 6 day residential programme is Rs. 8000/- inclusive of stay at Bhoomi Hostel, organic food and reading and other material.
As part of our belief in gift culture, we would like anyone who is keen on these programmes to not be prevented from attending them because of not being able to pay for them. Hence you can apply for scholarship, if you need to.

This is an entry level programme for anyone to attend any of the other programmes offered by Sankalan
