Climate Launchpad

In an effort to promote innovation and sustainability, we are launching – Climate Launchpad – a unique accelerator program in collaboration with Climate Studio Foundation and Climate-KIC. The program is designed to support innovative ideas and early-stage start-ups focussed on Climate Change Mitigation.

Climate Launchpad is the world’s largest climate-focused start-up competition successfully running in 45 countries and growing. It has been developed by ClimateKIC, the largest innovation initiative of the European Union. Launched in 2017 in Maharashtra (India), the program has grown across 14 Indian states (Table) as of 2019 and also includes countries of Nepal, Pakistan, Maldives, Mauritius & Sri Lanka. This year, the cohort shall focus on the following domains: Clean Energy, Mobility, Power Sector, Sustainable Fashion, Agriculture and Foods. Ideas outside the mentioned domains may also be considered subject to their uniqueness and potential.
