Mungaru farm gathering

How often ​do we sit down to a hot meal of rice and have never had the joy of planting it… Mungaru – the beginning of the monsoon… BuDa Folklore invites you to​ join us for celebrating Mungaru ​ while we transplant Paddy saplings.​

​O​ur Angadibail forest is getting ready for

• Transplanting ​native paddy saplings​

• Wading through water in the fields, singing to keep the spirits high

• We will also plant a few rare forest plants on​ 13th August.​

• Our local friends are planning Kabaddi with our urban friends on a rainy day on 14th evening … \
• ​We are planning a local menu with some seasonal forest food from this region

Fee: 
The number of participants we can accept for this program is 15.  Please confirm your participation at the earliest by remitting the program fee to our bank account. The requested  contributions are: Rs ​3,000 per adult for 3 days , and Rs 2500 per child for 3 days . This includes – food, shared accommodation, activities and local travel.  This does not include the travel fare to reach Gokarna Cross. Advance registration over email is earnestly requested to enable us to make necessary arrangements..
