Greetings from BuDa Folklore!

How often ​do we sit down to a hot meal of rice without having had the joy of planting it?

BuDa Folklore invites you to​ celebrate  Mungaruthe beginning of the monsoon- by wading through flooded fields​. Join us at the Angadibail farm for our paddy sapling transplant on the weekend of August 17th-18th and Monday the 14th.

We will also enjoy:

Joining together in folk song
Planting forest trees and plants
Joining local friends in games of Kabaddi
A local menu with some seasonal forest food foraging from this region

We are able to accept only 15 participants for this program, so please confirm your​ space at the earliest 

Planning your travel: You can reach Gokarna cross by road or train. There will be a local bus from gokarna cross in the morning to reach Changar or Angadibail. We can send a pick up to Changar to get you to the farm.
